一、 A designated person is responsible for scheduling the experiment. Within two weeks of the start   of each semester, collect the courses and related information that require experiments to be     conducted this semester, and proactively contact the subject teachers to confirm the required     experimental environment requirements and make preparations before the experiment begins.

二、 Detailed registration of the experimental schedule and timely notification of relevant personnel   to fully prepare for the experiment.

三、 If the experiment time needs to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, relevant teachers   must be notified promptly and detailed explanations provided. Due to work reasons, teachers need   to adjust the experiment time. As long as conditions permit, convenience should be provided and   solutions should be resolved through coordination as much as possible.

四、 As long as the laboratory is free, teachers and students are welcome to come to the laboratory   for experiments. Laboratory staff shall not unreasonably refuse teachers and students who come to   the laboratory for experiments.

五、 Create conditions for online reservation to provide greater convenience for teachers and students   to conduct experiments.

六、 Any matters not covered will be supplemented and modified at any time, and the revised       regulations will be implemented accordingly.
