In order to strengthen the management of our laboratory and ensure the safe, orderly, efficient, and high-quality conduct of our teaching and research work, after discussions and research by the office, the following requirements are hereby made:
1. Overall responsibilities of laboratory technicians: The responsible persons of each laboratory are fully responsible for the fire safety and experimental equipment safety of the laboratory. On this basis, they are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the laboratory equipment where the responsible person is located, and the integrity rate of the laboratory equipment must reach 95% or above. The assessment of laboratory technicians shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the school laboratory team.
2. Based on the overall consideration of teaching in the college, starting from 2010, the laboratory will mainly be used to arrange and handle independent experimental teaching activities in the first two weeks and last two weeks of each semester, and will no longer arrange routine course experimental teaching tasks.
3.In order to better cooperate with laboratory work and improve the level of experimental teaching services, teachers should submit the requirements for the experimental platform, especially the list of equipment, tools, and software needed, to the laboratory two weeks before the start of their experimental teaching according to the course plan they undertake, so that the laboratory has sufficient time to prepare. For some special software, it is best to have the instructor provide it or assist the laboratory in solving it together.
4.In order to improve the utilization rate of experiments, experimental teaching is generally arranged in units of four classes in the morning, four classes in the afternoon, and four classes in the evening. For arrangements that have already been obtained, they cannot be changed in principle. If it is necessary to execute the plan due to work or other reasons, the subject teacher must submit a notice of course adjustment and notify the laboratory one week in advance. Please fully understand and cooperate with the subject teacher.
5. In order to provide laboratory staff with a certain amount of processing time at the end of each experimental teaching, and taking into account factors such as staff commuting after work, the specific arrangement of experimental time is: morning (8:50-11:50), afternoon (13:00-16:30), and evening (18:00-21:00). If the experiment cannot be completed on time and it is necessary to extend the experiment time, the instructor or graduate assistant shall be responsible for the safety of the laboratory. After the experiment is completed, the instructor or graduate assistant shall close the water, electricity, doors and windows. If this leads to a safety accident, the instructor shall bear the responsibility.
6. Laboratory staff must stick to their posts and not leave their posts without permission, even if there are no experimental teaching tasks; When there is an experiment in the sub room under their responsibility, they must open the door 15 minutes in advance, stay on site to assist the teaching staff or graduate assistants in conducting experimental teaching work, handle any problems that arise during the experiment at any time, clean up the laboratory's instruments and equipment after the experiment is completed, close the water, electricity, doors and windows before leaving the laboratory. If it is found that the laboratory staff responsible for the sub room are not on site, they shall be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the school for teaching teachers. Criticism and education shall be given for the first discovery, and economic punishment may be imposed for the second discovery. The specific method shall be determined by the laboratory itself. Meanwhile, during the assessment of the 'Xinghua Talent Project', the corresponding workload of experimental teaching tasks was not confirmed.
7. In order to improve the level of experimental teaching services and ensure the normal operation of experimental teaching, the equipment integrity rate of each laboratory staff member should be maintained at 95% or above. Complaints arising from equipment not being maintained in a timely manner or other reasons, which are confirmed to be due to personal reasons after investigation, will be treated as teaching accidents and reported to the school. Criticism and education should be carried out for the first discovery, and economic punishment can be imposed for the second discovery. The specific method is determined by the laboratory itself.
8. The research team laboratory should designate a dedicated person to be responsible for daily management, including indoor safety, hygiene, closing doors, windows, and water and electricity. No unrelated personnel are allowed to enter the laboratory, especially overnight stays; At the same time, the use of electrical appliances such as electric heaters that are not allowed according to school regulations is not allowed. If any incidents are found, the relevant personnel will be notified and dealt with. If the circumstances are serious, they will be dealt with according to the school's relevant regulations.
9. In order to ensure the normal operation of our hospital's network, we plan to implement internet authentication from a management and technical perspective. It is required that all employees working in Building B3 voluntarily declare the MAC address and user name of the computer they are using. For research teams that declare on a team basis, if they do not declare within the specified time (specific time will be notified separately), resulting in the computer being unable to access the internet and affecting normal teaching and research work, they will be responsible. Please fully understand and actively cooperate.
This regulation shall come into effect on March 12, 2010.
