In order to further standardize and strengthen the management of undergraduate experimental teaching, improve the quality of experimental teaching, strengthen the construction of teaching atmosphere, and strictly enforce teaching discipline, based on the management methods of undergraduate experimental teaching at South China University of Technology and the methods for identifying and handling teaching accidents at South China University of Technology, combined with the actual situation of our college, this management method is specially formulated. Laboratory staff are requested to consciously abide by it.
一、 Continuously improving one's ideological and political consciousness and professional level, strengthening professional ethics, teaching strictly, and governing rigorously; Teaching and educating, being a role model for others. Guide students to cultivate a learning atmosphere of unity, diligence, practicality, and innovation.
二、 Maintain the laboratory's environmental hygiene, prepare for laboratory classes in advance, and ensure that the experimental platform can operate normally.
三、 Strictly adhere to working hours and carefully keep a laboratory work log. Stick to your post during class and do not leave the laboratory at will. During the experiment, it is necessary to inspect the operation status of the experimental platform, provide reasonable explanations to students and teachers if any problems are found, and handle them in a timely manner.
四、 Pay attention to safety during the experiment to prevent accidents. If an accident occurs, it should be reported in a timely manner and corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the losses caused by the accident.
五、 After the students finish the experiment, supervise them to clean the indoor environment, turn off the power of the experimental equipment, and tidy up the experimental equipment.
六、 Handling of practical teaching accidents:
(1) Any safety accidents shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
(2) Not working without leave will result in a deduction of 200 yuan from the year-end bonus each time, and will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school's personnel department.
(3) A complaint occurred during one semester, and after investigation and confirmation by the college, the college verbally criticized the relevant responsible person for the first time;The second deduction of 200 yuan from the year-end bonus of the relevant responsible person by the college; Starting from the third round, the college will deduct a year-end bonus of 500 yuan from the relevant responsible persons and criticize them at the college wide meeting.
(4) During the process of conducting experimental teaching, if someone leaves their post due to personal reasons, the college will verbally criticize the relevant responsible person for the first time; The second deduction of 200 yuan from the year-end bonus of the relevant responsible person by the college; Starting from the third round, the college will deduct a year-end bonus of 500 yuan from the relevant responsible persons and criticize them at the college wide meeting.
(5) During spot checks, it was found that the laboratory was dirty, messy, and poor. Each time, the college deducted a year-end bonus of 100 yuan from the relevant responsible person and ordered them to rectify immediately. For those who refuse to rectify, the college will criticize them at the general meeting and deduct 500 yuan from the year-end bonus of the relevant responsible person.
七、 This method shall be implemented from the date of its formulation.
