理论研究:植物药和菌物药活性成分的微生物、酶和化学催化修饰转化;生物法、溶剂法和热化学固体酸碱催化法转化木质纤维素和天然油脂生产化学品、燃料和材料。
应用研究:新型高等真菌色素资源的开发和应用;食用菌工厂化原料的加工技术;纳米纤维素在生物技术、环保和医疗中的应用开发。
