工作经历
2005年7月,就职于华南理工大学,主讲《Biochemistry》双语课程以及《免疫学》课程。所在实验室为广东省重点实验室,并与中山大学生命科学学院、中科院水生生物研究所、中科院南海海洋研究所、中科院广州健康研究院等相关实验室开展合作研究。
教学科研情况
招生理念:学生都应该对科研具有热情,每个人都要有自己的想法,而这些想法在我这里都能畅所欲言。
研究兴趣:对免疫系统进化有浓厚的兴趣。通过转录组学、分子生物学及细胞生物学技术研究宿主对病原的应答过程免疫信号通路激活与调控。近期研究发现,病原感染部位及免疫器官在病原感染过程中能量代谢明显增强,试图解释抵御病原入侵中,其免疫应答的能量消耗过程。
此外开展了蛋白酶酶工程研究。通过真菌转录组解析,获取大量蛋白酶基因资源,通过基因工程表达并解析蛋白酶结构与功能的关系,应用于植物蛋白水解、食品、饲料等行业,解决食品及饲料行业中的植物来源的蛋白质利用问题。
