陈芳炯男,教授,博士生导师,“近距离无线通信网络”教育部工程研究中心副主任,中国电子学会通信分会委员,中国通信学会物联网分会委员。2012年入选教育部新世纪人才计划,2013年获国家优秀青年基金资助,2019年入选广东省创新领军人才。

19972002年分别于浙江大学、华南理工大学获学士学位和博士学位。于2001年、2003年、2006年赴香港城市大学、香港理工大学等境外高校进修及合作研究两年多。

主要研究方向为无线通信及组网技术,具体包括信道估计与均衡、新型调制技术,声电协同组网等。先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部重大研究计划,广东省自然科学基金、广东省教育部产学研结合项目等30多项科研项目,在国内外期刊及会议发表论文100多篇,其中SCI 收录60多篇。提出发明专利申请40多项(其中已授权22项)。研究成果获教育部2008 年自然科学一等奖(第二完成人)和2009 年广东省自然科学一等奖(第二完成人)。担任国家自然科学基金会议评审专家、《电信科学》期刊编委,担任IEEE 2012 ICC10多个国际会议技术委员会委员。
