Abstract:
This talk will mainly introduce the development of new functional nanomaterials and their application in the field of modern chemistry, aiming at solving the problems of analysis and detection in agriculture, food and biology, putting forward constructive theories for these problems, and promoting the breakthrough development in this field.
Introduction to the Speaker:
HAN Heyou, Ph.D., professor, executive vice-president of Graduate School of Huazhong Agricultural University, Member of State Key Laboratory of Agricultural Microbiology, director of Institute of Chemical Biology of Huazhong Agricultural University, vice-director of Research Center of Biomass and Bioenergy, and executive director of Hubei Chemical and Chemical Society, deputy director of the Key Laboratory for Food Safety Assessment of the Ministry of Agriculture, the winner of the Supporting Plan for Excellent Talents in the New Century of the Ministry of Education, the academic leader of of Wuhan City, the leader of the innovation team of Hubei Province, and a member of editorial board of American Journal of Biomedical Sciences,=. The main research areas are agricultural nanotechnology, food safety analysis and so on. He has received the funding for more than 10 research projects from the provincial government and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 100 scientific papers, in journals as Advanced Functional Materials, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Communications, Nanoscale, Biosensor and Bioelectronics, etc. and was granted with 11 patents.
