教学与科研情况

  课题组以半导体量子点、纳米颗粒、有机分子等纳米尺度材料为基础,制备新型复合材料与器件以实现高效的能量转化,并探究当中的物理机制,以及探索其在可再生能源、光电等领域的应用。主要研究方向包括:

  1.以超快瞬态光谱等技术探究纳米材料之间的能量转移机制

  2.以纳米材料制备新型光伏太阳能电池、发光二极管等光电器件

  3.开发光子上、下转换复合材料

  4.探索新能源转化材料与新的能量转化思路
