The Eleventh IEEE International Conference on Communications Systems (ICCS 2008) will be held from 19 to 21 Nov 2008 in Guangzhou, China. This year, ICCS 2008 is technically sponsored by IEEE ComSoc and co-organized by the IEEE Singapore Communications Chapter and the South China University of Technology (SCUT) with participation of academics and researchers from the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R) in Singapore and the National University of Singapore (NUS). The papers published in IEEE ICCS 2008 will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex.
